My project today has no stamping, can you believe that?!!! When you see it, you will see why!
I am using the Large Letters Framelits dies, and the Year of Cheer Specialty Designer Series Paper & Washi Tape. #cutitnothoardit
With this DSP, you don’t need to do a lot, as it is simply stunning with its metallic patterns. It is my niece’s birthdays coming up next month, so I was needing to make some cards for their special day. Here is one I was going to make using the Eclipse technique, but I loved how the letters stood out so much with some black cardstock behind the DSP, I didn’t want to put the letters back on top!
Just check out that metallic shine!!!! And the copper trim is just the perfect match and finishing touch with the bow.
The inside of the card is finished with some strips of Washi Tape.

My project today uses the Coffee Cafe stamp set and coordinating Coffee Cups Framelits dies, and the Coffee BreakDesigner Series Paper. #cutitnothoardit
I love this coordinating Designer paper and the new Year of Cheer Specialty Washi Tape, which you can see two thin strips of the copper across either side of the heart paper. The Garden Trellis embossing folder was used on the coffee cup wrap which adds some lovely texture. The lid of the cup is some retired paper from a few years ago, but it was a little off cut that worked perfectly for this project!
The Copper Trim ties in nicely with the washi tape too!
How cool is it that the images on the Designer Series Paper can also be die cut with the coordinating dies!!! I love this new feature of Stampin’ Up!

Today I share a card that was a customer request for a 30th birthday, but the brief was to have it in the Richmond Tigers colours of the AFL team.
I started with a black card and added a strip of Daffodil Delight card diagonally across the card front. I did have to google the image and print it for the logo!
The Gold glimmer was used for the sentiments and die cut using the Happy Birthday thinlits die and the retired Little Numbers dies.
on the inside I placed another piece of Daffodil Delight card with a strip of black across the bottom.
I think I came up with something that fit perfectly to the brief, don’t you???!!!

Welcome to Week 10 of the Heart of Christmas: Handmade Inspiration from the Art with Heart team!
My project today uses many different stamp set and bundles; Sheet Music stamp, Carols of Christmas & At Home With You bundles, Paint Playstamp set, and other new products from the Annual Catalogue!
The Sheet Music is stamped in Versamark ink, gold embossed and heat set, as is the sentiment.
The mantle of the fireplace was created using the Card Front Thinlits Builder dies that is part of the bundle with the Carols of Christmas stamp set which will be available in the upcoming Holiday catalogue! The baubles are also from this bundle.
The fire was stamped using the Paint Playstamp set. I’m not too sure how well it worked, but I think you get the picture, lol. Those little Boxwood Wreath embellishments are super cute and I just had to add one to the centre of the fireplace. I also added some red glimmer berries and a copper trim bow!
I hope you have enjoyed my Heart of Christmas post and I look forward to sharing more Christmas inspiration with you next Wednesday! If you would like to see what others in our team have created, you can view the participant list over on the blog of our leader, Claire Daly.
Welcome to Week 9 of the Heart of Christmas: Handmade Inspiration from the Art with Heart team!
My project today uses the brand new Carols of Christmas stamp set and the coordinating Card Front Builder Thinlits (purchased together as a bundle, you save an extra 10%). These will be available in the upcoming Holiday Catalogue released in September but if you join my team, you can get them now. Ask me how!
Carols of Christmas Stamp Set
So here is my card for this week using this stamp set.
I have used Tranquil Tide and Silver as my colour combination for this card.
Those little deer are stamped in Basic Grey on Whisper White, as I originally die cut them in the silver foil, but it was just too much silver!
The sentiment is embossed in Silver and that ribbon is new in the Annual catalogue too. Isn’t it pretty?
The sentiment inside the card is from the Star of Light stamp set and few more die cuts at the bottom. The green piece was on off cut from another project where I used the Lots of Labels Framelits (a full product list is below).

This week my team received their shares that we organised, including Designer Series Papers and some ribbons from the new Annual catalogue, and boy, they are just stunning in real life! Here is mine 😉
So, today I have a very simple, but pretty card using loads of new Annual catalogue product, including the Petal Garden DSP, Pool Party Shimmer Ribbon, Pretty Label Punch and the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set.
I just adore this paper! I love every pattern in the pack and that is rare for me, but they are just stunning. I can’t wait to create some more projects with these papers. Here they are:
Oh and that shimmer ribbon is divine and adds a touch of softness. You know, I would never have put Pool Party and Old Olive together as a colour combination, but somehow, it just works!
What do you think of this card? It seriously took less than 10 minutes to create 😉
Yes I know, Father’s Day is so far away still, but I have to share this project because this Nailed It Bundle is retiring in a week’s time and I don’t want you to miss out on it!

Today I have challenged myself to make a card using the new In Color, Peekaboo Peach. Now I have to tell you, it was my least favourite of the 2016-2018 in colors, but after completing this card, I think differently of it, lol. It just works so well for the colour of the fox!
I am so happy that this stamp set is carrying over into the new annual catalogue 🙂
I haven’t added a sentiment to this card, because I want to add a “number” when the time comes, to give it to someone with their birthday year!!!!
