Each week some of the Art With Heart team are joining the Colour Creations Blog Hop to bring you creative inspiration to showcase our range of 50+ gorgeous Stampin’ Up! colours.
Week 21 – Gray Granite
Tonight I am using the Plentiful Plants Bundle which I got for my birthday recently! I don’t have any of the patterned papers that coordinate with it, but I found some leafy designs in the Christmas papers, Painted Christmas DSP that was perfect, along with the In Good Taste DSP.
The macrame hanging basket was die cut using the In Good Taste DSP. The same pattern is in the background across the card. The pot is stamped in Gray Granite ink and the plants in Soft Succulent ink. The scallop border die is from the Contours dies, set to be a firm favourite!
The sentiment is stamped in Versamark ink, White Emboss Powder added and heat set with my Heat Tool. I added a gorgeous Soft Succulent Open Weave Ribbon bow and In Color Jewels.
On the inside, I added some more coordinating plants in a plant stand in the bottom corner.
Thanks for dropping by. All the products used tonight are linked at the end of this post!

Kate, this is an absolutely lovely card. I thought you had embossed the macrame hanger until I’d read your post. It looks amazing! I love how you’ve shortened the sentiment and heat embossed it.

The soft colours and all the layers make for a beautiful card Kate. Great choice of DSPs and I love that the hanging basket was cut from DSP too.

Oh I’m so in love with this card Kate. I love the soft colours, but the plant hanger cut from that DSP is so clever. Beautiful!!

Your layering is perfection, Kate! Your card looks marvellous, I especially love how you’ve cropped the plant hanger from DSP.

Kate that DSP works so well with your Plentiful Plants stamps and dies – I adore that soft succulent bow, it looks amazing on the top of your macrame pot plant holder!
