Neutral Christmas cards
My cards this week have a very neutral colour palette with the Country Woods DSP and the Yuletide Carols DSP. The Detailed Wreaths Accents are also used on both cards.
Card 1 – is a 15cm x 15cm card front with a layer of Early Espresso card, then some Country Woods DSP. The wreath is glued to the centre and the JOY die cut [Party Alphabet dies] and added on Dimensionals. A Linen Thread bow and some gold jewels are dappled around.
Card 2 – uses the negative of when I die cut the JOY for the first card. I didn’t want to just thow it away when I can create another card!
This time I turned it into a shaker card. I added some Window Sheet to the back of the DSP. Some Foam Adhesive Strips were added around the edges and around the ‘joy’.
On a Very Vanilla card base, I placed some gold glitter jewels (from last year’s Advent Calendar) in the centre and placed the DSP on top!
A Linen Thread bow is added with the holly [Detailed Wreaths Accents]. Below you can see through the window sheet to the gold jewels.
