With only days until Christmas, this card came together so quickly and I case’d it from Mitosu Crafts. The Christmas Classics Bundle has been used lots this year with this large die cut that has been the main feature on my cards. Here it was cut twice, with one being cut in half lengthwise to create the top and bottom sections!
Shaded Spruce is my card base and the first layer. The first layer is is stamped with the sprigs in Starry Sky ink. A Blending Brush is used to added shading with Pretty Peacock ink then this is glued to the card front.
The Sentiment is stamped in Versamark ink, White Emboss Powder added and melted with my Heat Tool. The foliage of the diecuts are coloured with the Light Shaded Spruce Blends Marker, but then I decided they needed Wink of Stella! These were added to the card with Dimensionals. 3 x Adhesive-backed Glitter Sequins were added underthe sentiment.
The Red Enamel Effects was added for the berries as the final step and put aside to dry.
An extra panel is added on the inside with some more ink blending and second generation stamping of the sprigs. The sentiment from the Joy to You stamp set, is lovely in Starry Sky ink. The envelope also has similar blending.
