Week 16 – Calypso Coral
Today I feature the Latte Love bundle and the A Little Latte Designer Series Paper in this fun fancy fold card.
The card base is layered with patterned paper from the A Little Latte DSP. The two circles are diecut from Spotlight on Nature dies, the larger ink blended with Calypso Coral ink. The smaller one has some second generation coffee splashes in Pecan Pie ink. The sentiment is also stamped in Pecan Pie ink and fussy cut. The cup and coffee beans are diecut directly from the DSP!

There are two larger wings and two smaller wings to create the butterfly effect. All the decorating inside is using the DSP, some Silver Foil for the spoon, diecut ‘happy birthday’ using the Alphabet A La Mode dies and a stamped sentiment in the top corner!
I saw this design on YouTube recently by Srushti Patil and then Barry, Mitosu Crafts shared one to suit our C6 envelopes.

Oh wow! That’s a great fun fold with big impact and it perfectly suits the images. The front of the card is so lovely with that decorative circle die, I wasn’t expecting the inside to pack such a huge punch!

Wow Kate what a fabulous card to feature Calypso Coral. It’s definitely magical. Great use of the Spotlight on Nature dies to look like a saucer.

Wowser – that’s some “fancy” fold! I really love the front of your card, Kate … I like how the Calypso Coral elements pop against the neutrals, and I love that the die-cut circle looks like a saucer. But I had no idea what was in store, inside! Beautifully decorated, and very clever card.
