Eden’s Garden Collection for Christmas cards

Heart of Christmas Blog Header 2021

Each Monday evening until December, I am taking part in the Heart of Christmas blog hop showcasing our amazing range of holiday products from the Annual and July-December Mini catalogues. Please hop along and enjoy some fabulous inspiration from our talented team!

Tonight I am featuring the new exclusive early release Eden’s Garden Collection from the upcoming 2022 Mini catalogue but these are available to purchase now! In this collection there is the Eden’s Garden Cling stamp set and Eden dies (can be purchased as a bundle to save more), the Ever Eden Specialty DSP, Garden Gems and Ever Eden Cotton Paper.

Card 1 – starting with a white card base, I added two strips of the Ever Eden Specialty DSP on each side. I cut the darker centre strip to 3″ wide and added Gold Metallic paper strips on both sides, before glueing to the centre of the card.

Some Eden die cuts were added behind the sentiment (Christmas to Remember stamp set) in Evening Evergreen ink on a Label Me Lovely punched piece of Soft Succulent card. Some Garden Gems compete be card.

Card 2 – An Evening Evergreen card base with a layer of Soft Succlent card, stamped randomly with the leaves from the Eden’s Garden stamp set. This was then embossed with the Tasteful Textiles 3D Embossing folder and I sponged the edges with a Sponge Dauber and same colour ink. I stamped the larger image on Basic White card and die cut (Seasonal Labels dies).

Three strips of the Ever Eden SDSP were added then the die cut stamped image. A Gold Foil die cut was then added with the Playful Alphabet “NOEL”. I added some Foam Adhesive Sheet to the back of the Evening Evergreen card before diecutting each letter. This makes it easy to remove the backing paper and add to the card!

  1. So love your Eden’s Garden Christmas cards Kate. I had wondered about using this suite for Christmas and you have showcased it beautifully – I must give it a try. I love all the layers, die cut metallic pieces and the lettering. So many beautiful aspects. Xxx

  3. Kate your cards are sensational. I love them both but the second is my favourite. I am a sucker for NOEL as a Christmas greeting and I love that you used the Playful Alphabet with lots of dimension.
