Today I have a Trifold design using some new product, the Countryside Corners dies to create the card base.
The Framed Florets dies were used for the oval frame and the coordinating Framed Florets stamp set to decorate the front panel, both of these are retiring soon.
On the back panel, I added some Basic White card and stamped the sentiment/balloon and used a sponge dauber to apply ink around the edges.
To colour the images on the front, I don’t have the Blends Markers in the new colours yet, so I added some Isocol (alcohol) to an old Water Painter and used it with some ink from the lids of the inkpads. The image outlines were stamped in Soft Succulent ink.
It gives a beautiful soft effect to the images. I cut some ribbons in half lengthwise and added them behind the flowers. The sentiment is stamped with Soft Succulent ink onto the same coloured card.
Let’s open this card to see what is inside. The Dry Brushed Metallic Specialty DSP was used with one of the smaller dies and it is so pretty! The Dainty Delight dies were used to cut the flowers and leaves for this panel using Bubble Bath, Lemon Lolly and the soft succulent piece from the Fine Shimmer paper pack. The Basic White background is cut using the Something Fancy dies.
Now we open up the third panel and wow, how beautiful is this?!!! The sentiment on the centre panel is from the Framed Florets stamp set. The patterned paper behind the centre panel is from Enjoy the Journey DSP.
This card folds flat to fit into our C6 envelope!
Here are all the retiring colours that will leave as the refresh takes place with the new Annual catalogue. But rest assured, there are lots of new colours coming to be excited about. If you want any product in these colours, get it now as they will sell fast!
Thanks for dropping by.
