Hugs from Shelli Paper Pumpkin Kit

Oh wow, if you haven’t seen the Hugs from Shelli Paper Pumpkin Kit, you need to get one!

I am not one to purchase kits, but this one is amazing. It includes an exclusive stamp set, paper and crafting materials to create 12 cards (3 cards of 4 unique designs), 12 exclusive coordinating envelopes, and a Classic Stampin’ Ink Spot. The only thing you need is an acrylic block to mount the stamps on, but most people already have one of those.

Oh and did I show you the stunning box it comes in? That is a keeper too, don’t you agree?

Yes I purchased 3 kits, 1 for each of my friends too as they didn’t want to miss out on this opportunity to get their hands on a Paper Pumpkin kit. Paper Pumpkin is readily available in the USA as a monthly subscription, but this is a one off for the South Pacific to get a taste of what it’s all about. Now I have one, I am hoping it may come to Australia in the future, fingers crossed.

Are you ready to see the cards I made? I’m sharing one of each to show you what can be created. When I opened the kit, I told myself I would follow the instructions for at least one of each design, but you guessed it, I couldn’t do it and I did add or change a few small things, but mostly followed the instructions 😉

I’m loving the vellum feather and I added the stamped feather on the label which I stamped in Pool Party ink.

I adore this Pretty Peacock Velvet Ribbon – wish it was available to purchase – I really want more of it!

This Pink Twine is really different too and so soft!

and I think this one is my new favourite – jut look at that little bird embellishment, super cute! I also stamped the floral image behind the sentiment in Petal Pink (stamped off).

Coordinating colours: Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Old Olive, Petal Pink, Pool Party, Pretty Peacock, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla.
