Wow, is it really the last day of February? Where did those 2 months go???
Today I share a Congratulations card using the Petal Palette Bundle & the Marbled background stamp.
Last Wednesday I shared a card using this same technique, you can see it here; however, this one uses darker colours. I’ve used Bermuda Bay instead of Pool Party, for a richer colour. I also used Copper instead of gold!
I love the richness of the copper embossing powder and the leaves die cut in the copper foil add some extra shine to the card. The bird is stamped in Perfect Plum ink on coordinating card and die cut. The same with the sentiment on Bermuda Bay card.
Sorry about the dark photos, it was a dark and gloomy day when I was photographing them. A full list of products can be found at the end of this post!

I’ve just seen the card you made last week using the same background technique. OH my, they are both stunning cards. I don’t heat emboss enough, but now thanks to your inspiration I will be doing more. I think I will also need to reassess my thinking about purchasing the marbled background stamp, I now NEED this stamp. Thank you for sharing these and so many other wonderful projects. Take care.
