My card tonight uses the recently released Framed & Festive stamp set, Framed Florets Bundle and the beautiful Fitting Florets DSP.
With a Soft Succulent card base, I added a piece of the DSP that was dry embossed with the Fern 3D Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and the berries coloured with my Real Red Blends Marker. I also sponged some Evening Evergreen ink around the edges with a Dauber.
The frame is cut in Gold Brushed Metallic cardstock and a Vellum oval layer behind it to mute the dark DSP. The sentiment is Gold embossed and set with a Heat Tool. Some die cut foliage was added and a beautiful ribbon bow. Some Festive Pearls in Gold and Heart Pearls coloured with the Real Red Blends Marker were added.
On the inside, a white panel was added with an Evening Evergreen stamped sentiment and a piece of DSP at the bottom.

This is so lovely Kate. I love the idea of dry embossing that dsp, it’s really effective. The vellum adds a lovely soft element and the little pearl heart looks so sweet.

Kate, your coloured in heart pearl is a wonderful embellishment to your beautiful card. I love the framed vellum sentiment surrounded by the lush foliage pieces – just gorgeous!

A beautiful card Kate. I love it so much. I love your vellum layer within the frame to mute the DSP with the gold embossed sentiment. The die cut foliage and bow are delightful and the coloured heart / pearls give a special touch. Xxx
