Today we celebrate my baby girls 6th birthday! I can’t believe that she is already 6, wow time flies.
This is the card I made her using the Hey Girl stamp set.
The pretty background paper is some of the new Designer Series Paper Stack in the Brights Collection. Isn’t it just gorgeous?!!!
I have used the Triple Banner Punch and the Little Numbers Thinlits. I fussy cut the image and coloured her using Stampin’ Write Markers.

Hi Brenda, I actually used a very old craft punch that I have had for about 20 years. You can use an oval punch and the owl builder punch to create the same thing. Patty Bennett shows how to do this at http://www.pattystamps.typepad.com/pattys_stamping_spot/2013/08/punch-art-birthday-balloons.html
