Each Monday, some of the Art With Heart team are joining the Heart of Christmas Blog Hop to bring you creative inspiration showcasing our September-December Mini catalogue and Annual catalogue Christmas products.
Heart of Christmas Week 6
Have you had a chance to look inside the new Mini catalogue yet? What are your favourite products?
Today I am using some of my favourite products which were the top of my list. The Joy of Noel Bundle and the Christmas Classics Bundle along with the Shining Brightly Specialty Designer Papers and the Night of Navy & Gold Glittered Ribbon!

On my Thick Very Vanilla card bse, I added a matt layer of Night of Navy card. The piece of Brightly Shining specialty designer paper is added next. I die cut the holly border die in Night of Navy card and glued it to the card. The centre piece is Very Vanilla card which I die cut the ‘Noel’ die in the centre before gluing to the card. I die cut the ‘noel’ again in Night of Navy and added the gold heat emboss images before adding this to the card on Black Mini Dimensionals. I wanted the effect with the Navy below each letter. To finish, I added a Navy & Gold Glittered Ribbon bow with Glue Dots.

My next card uses the same products except starting with Navy, and layering up to Vanilla! The ‘NOEL’ for this card was diecut from the first cards layer of DSP before hiding it behind the feature panel!

A little tip to get the letters in the correct placement – stamp the NOEL in Navy ink then place the letters over the top!!!

On the inside I added a layer of Very Vanilla card with an offcut of the SDSP from the card front, and stamped the sentiment, from the Joy to You stamp set. This is a brilliant set with 4 larger sentiments for card inserts and I will be using them on nearly every Christmas card this year!

Thanks for dropping by. I hope you can join me next Monday for more festive inspiration!

Stunning cards Kate. I am loving the colour combination for Christmas. The first card is my favourite as I love the Night of Navy diecut against the beautiful foiled DSP, the small embossed flourishes on the large letters and the lovely bow.

Night of Navy, Very Vanilla and gold is such a beautiful colour combination for Christmas, and the cards you’ve created are so elegant, Kate. You’ve achieved quite different looks, by reversing the colours. I especially love the first card, with the gold embossed detail on the letters, and the way you’ve raised the letters up on Stampin’ Dimensionals. Very nice!
