Each Monday evening until December, I am taking part in the Heart of Christmas blog hop showcasing our amazing range of holiday products from the Annual and July-December Mini catalogues. Please hop along and enjoy some fabulous inspiration from our talented team!
Tonight I am featuring the Whimsical Trees Bundle and coordinating Whimsy & Wonder Sprecialty SDSP. This pack of Specialty papers is stunning and my favourite for Christmas this year.

You can see I have used many layers of DSP in the background on the Mint Macaron card base. The tree is stamped in Mint Macaron and Misty Moonlight inks. The sentiment is also stamped in Misty Moonlight and cut out using the Layering Circles Dies. The gifts under the tree are cut from the patterned paper and the narrow smaller trees are cut from Silver Foil, along with the tiny stars!

Thanks for dropping by.

Such a lovely card that showcases one of my DSP favourites too, Kate. I love that you chose Misty Moonlight for the sentiment and all of the other Whimsy & Wonder elements.

Such a pretty card Kate and a great way to use the beautiful DSP. I was thinking wouldn’t it be great if it got carried over.

What a great card Kate and great use of the DSP. It is just lovely. I do love those trees. Sarah was drawi g some trees today and they looked so much like the ones in this bundle I had to show her. I love your circle sentiment as a different shape focal point to the rest of your card. Love it!

I totally agree with you, Kate – this definitely is the pick of the DSP this year and your card beautifully showcases so many different patterns from it. Love, love, love the little silver stars!

I love the combination of patterns of DSP you’ve used, Kate … that, along with the foil stars, and fussy-cut gifts, provides lots of lovely details to draw the eye in. Such a pretty Christmas card. 🙂
