Hello Crafters,
Welcome to another Art With Heart Team Colour Creations weekly Blog Hop. Today we are featuring the new In Colour, Blueberry Bushel!!!
I am getting organised for the end of year when my eldest daughter graduates from her primary years of schooling and one of her closest friends is a boy who I’m sure she will miss next year as they head off to different High Schools. I’ve made this card for him!
Oh how I love this Designer Series Paper, Best Route. It is the perfect choice to go with this Bike Ride stamp set. This young man loves his bike; I guess it gives them their independence at this age. The two of them often head out for a bike ride on the weekends, so I thought it was appropriate to use a bike for this card as they will head off in different directions next year.
The bike is stamped and die cut and the wheels are attached with small split pins so they actually spin! The bike frame is mounted to the card with dimensionals to allow the wheels to move.
The inside of the card I stamped this cute little dog, as the recipient has recently acquired a new puppy and I think he will love this touch!
Head on over to Catherine’s blog where you’ll find the links to all of the participants for this week.

The bike looks great set against this paper, and the wee dog is a sweet touch too.

Aww, it’s hard when two friends end up at different schools. I hope they can maintain their friendship. Your card is fantastic, the perfect combination of stamps and paper.

Not a real fan of this Paper, but seeing your card it is starting to grow on me. Great card for the guy who loves cycling.
