Noel Greetings Paper Pumpkin Kit
My cards this week are using the October Paper Pumpkin Kit, Noel Greetings. Paper Pumpkin is a monthly subscription that offers a unique variety of paper projects for crafters of any skill level to enjoy! Each kit includes a photopolymer stamp set, Premium Stampin’ Spot™ (ink), and step-by-step instructions to complete exclusive paper craft projects.
This month you can make 10 Christmas cards with matching envelopes, five of each design. Here they are made up as per the detailed step by step instructions.
While I had the kit in front of me, I decided to create two slightly stepped up versions. The first one I trimmed 4.5cm [1¾”] off the front of the card and glued it inside so it still appeared to be a full card when pulled out of the envelope. The feature on the front is almost the same and is only adhered on the left side to allow the feature to hang over the edge.
The next card just has some extra ink detail on the wreath with sprigs, holly and berries stamped. The berries also have Wink of Stella to add sparkle and to spread to Real Red ink to fill the berries. I added some retired Festive Pearls for some bling.
