Heart of Christmas Week 4
Today I am using product from our upcoming Mini catalogue, available from 6 September!
My card today is cased from the cover of the new Mini catalogue. My card base is Thick Basic White. The next layer is Basic White which has been die cut a few times with a die (Christmas Classics dies). This is adhered to the card base on dimensionals. I took my light Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Marker and flicked some ink using the thick end against the lid.
I stamped the image 6 times in Black Memento ink so I could use the Blends Markers to colour them once they were die cut. I arranged 5 of them in wreath before gluing them down.
The sentiment (Christmas Classics) was fussy cut with Paper Snips and a small piece of the Gold Satin Edged Ribbon (my last bit on the roll) was placed behind and adhered on dimensionals. Some Be Dazzled Specialty paper was used to die cut ome small foliage and I placed them around the sentiment, along with some larger fronds which were coloured using a Blending Brush and Granny Apple Green ink.
To finish, I added some Gold Sequins and added Wink of Stella to the berries.

Such a beautiful card Kate. I really love that die cut background and hadn’t noticed it until seeing it in your card. The splattering of the Granny Apple Green ink is a lovely touch. Such a lovely card.

Oh wow Kate, this is amazing! I really love the way you have used the vertical die cuts as they really balance the elements on your card. The splattering on the background and all those touches of gold on your embellishments really add wow.
